We worked with Marco Carvajal to sell our long time family home. He handled everything from securing quotes, organizing electricians, negotiating with painters, and even suggested what plants to add to our garden! We received an offer on our home after a week on the market for hundreds of thousands of dollars more than we had ever expected and, even then, Marco wanted to continue to negotiate to secure more for us. In the end we closed escrow in 7 days and sold for well more than expected. I’ve referred Marco Carvajal to several of my friends and family over the years and everyone has loved him.
